sHIPPING POLICY

Our turnaround to process your order is 2-6 business days, this does not include weekends & holidays. During the holiday season this may increase to 5-10 business days.

• Shipping time is separate from our processing time and also depends on destination.

• Please make sure you double check your address before submitting your order at checkout.

• Krafty Latina is not responsible for any mistyped or invalid addresses.

• If you believe you entered the incorrect address, contact me ASAP if it has not yet shipped and I can change the shipping address.

• When you receive your tracking number, please allow at least 24 hours for USPS, UPS to update the tracking information.

• Once your package is dropped off at the postal office and you have received a tracking number, we are no longer responsible for the package.

• Any lost or damaged packages, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
